Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the relationship between Sanwal School and the parents/guardians of our students.
1. Attendance & Leave Policy
Regular attendance is mandatory for every student. Please note the following strict regulations from our school almanac:
- Absence of a student just before and immediately after any vacation (Summer, Winter, or Mid-term) would invite strict disciplinary action against the student.
- Leave can only be granted on grounds of serious illness, death of a close relative, or the marriage of an immediate family member.
- All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term.
2. Official Communication
To maintain administrative decorum, all official communication made by the parent/guardian should be addressed to the Principal through the Class Teacher.
- The Admission Number, student's name, class, and the guardian's current address/phone number must be clearly mentioned in all applications.
- Parents should not attempt to contact the Principal or teachers over the phone for routine matters; meetings must be scheduled during designated 'Visiting Hours.
3. Fee & Financial Terms
Parents must clear all dues on time as per the school's schedule. Fine for late payment of fees will be charged according to the duration of the delay.Application for a Transfer Certificate (TC) shall be made in writing to the principal by the parent/ guardian of the pupil on or before 31st March.
4. General Discipline
The school reserves the right to terminate the schooling of any student whose conduct is deemed a bad precept for others or whose academic progress remains consistently unsatisfactory Negligence of school rules or disobedience will not be tolerated.
